The Job
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify cyber security trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
· Define product strategy and roadmap based on market insights, business objectives, and customer requirements.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features, define product milestones, and set clear goals.
· Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely product delivery and technical specifications.
· Coordinate product development activities, including design, development, testing, and quality assurance.
· Conduct regular product reviews to align with the defined strategy and provide feedback.
· Support channel partners with onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement.
· Provide product training, sales collateral, and technical documentation for effective promotion.
· Resolve partner inquiries, issues, and escalations related to product functionality and support.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and messaging.
· Support marketing activities such as product launches, campaigns, and sales enablement.
· Provide training and support to sales teams, customer support, and channel partners.
· Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends for improvements.
· Analyze data to inform product decisions, prioritize enhancements, and optimize performance.
· Drive continuous improvement through feature updates, bug fixes, and security patches.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals and ensure effective execution.
· Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and drive consensus through communication.
The Person
· BSc Degree in IT / ICT / Networking from a recognised university
· MBA would be an added advantage
· Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in relevant field
· Strong understanding of cyber security principles, technologies, and industry trends
· Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Demonstrated experience in defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps
· Experience in supporting channel partner management activities, including partner onboarding, enablement, and engagement.
· Sound knowledge in agile development methodologies and product management tools.
